They will give you a price over the phone and then when you get there they give you a stupid price thats way more than what they told you earlier even if you give them the exact tire size and they are very slow and take hours to even do the simplest job it was like all the employees were sitting inside while one person was actually working i recomend not going here so if you do go up there make sure you read the paper they give you and make sure its the price they told you because they will try to screw you out of your money
It was too easy to do business here. All delivered as promised on all accounts. Maybe the naysayers went somewhere else because nothing resembled their description. Shame on haters... Love me some Grand Tire....
I called 4 different places to get quotes on ball-joint replacement. 3 of them quoted me $750 for parts and labor and $300 just for labor (which is fair I guess). They want more than $750 just for labor! I tried explaining that these are 'press-in' ball-joints and that they don't have to be cut out with a torch or drilled out and she said her 'mechanic' knows this. If he does, then they're just price gouging and I will not use them for so much as a restroom stop much less give them my business.

Good prices and they are willing to go the extra mile with things like custom lug wrenches, being careful not to scratch wheels etc.
