They are always very friendly and helpful in finding your auto repair needs.
Completely understaffed. Waited for 10 mins in an empty store while the employees-(one was outside with another customer; the other was somewhere in the back of the store) were unavailable. There was another customer on the phone with the corporate office due to an issue... no one really seems to know what they are doing in the store... will absolutely choose a different store for all future purchases
I once posted comments about lazy workers taking smoke break while 10 customers were waiting inside to be helped. And yes, one was the manager.
The store members are always willing to help and are always friendly. Very knowledgeable about what the needs of their customers are.
