there rude and slow. I called to get a price on flooring and first I was on hold for 15 minutes, then I called again and she was rude and hung up on me, they need better and nicer people working there.
It is almost impossible to find someone to help you find something to help you get lumber or carry it out. This is a terrible place to shop. I will not come back.
Waited in line for 25 minutes only 1 cashier working over 12 people in line other employees standing around talking need better management
I've had great experience with this Lowe's. The store is usually very clean, and the customer service has gotten me trusting them so if I'm considering something I may need for a repair, like plumbing fittings, I can buy them knowing that if I have my receipt and it's unopened I'll be able to return it. This is especially handy with things like emergency plumbing repairs where I may not know for sure if I need everything. The people in plumbing and hardware are knowledgeable, and lumber department was helpful with selection and loading. The only hiccup at times is finding a forklift driver at night near closing takes a minute sometimes.
Deborah in cabinet dept was great. She helped us in more ways than we have ever been helped before in a Lowe's store
