I highly recommend Willard Beard. In my opinion he is the best of the best. He is truly concerned for his patients well being. He is always courteous and polite. There is nothing bad to say about him. I feel blessed to have him for my doctor. Also all of the staff there is always polite and helpful.
I have used Dr Wallace for several years now, I am very particular about who I trust with my health care. My experiences with Dr Wallace and his entire health care team has been nothing but positive. No one likes to go to the doctor but unfortunately it something we all have to do. However unlike some experiences I have had with other clinics I feel welcome from the moment I sign in. The facility is clean and all members of the health care team are kind and welcoming not making me feel rushed or that I am bother in any way. Dr Wallace is very thorough and discusses my options with me and together we decide what the best plan of action for me is, I feel that if I am part of the decision of my health care plan I will be compliant. He is easy to talk to and explains things that make them very easy to understand. If a referral is needed to a specialist they keep you informed. At the end of the appointment when you reach the checkout window again you are greeted warmly, so like I said from beginning to end even though going to the doctor is not an ideal destination when it's necessary there is no place I would rather go.
I am retired military and have traveled to many places using many family practice physicians and i must say Dr. Nance and staff are one of the best. My wife and I are completely happy and satisfied with their care and support. Sometimes I have to wait for my appointment and sometimes I don't which ever it is it is always worth it. Truth is we are trying to get other family members enrolled with her.
