Their employees aren't rude but their not polite or courteous either. Might as well be talking to a computer simulated voice on the phone. Also if you call and they say they'll call you back, then you better be prepared to either wait a few days or call them back yourself.
I just don't care for their office and changed our family doctor a while back after being told I would have to wait over a month to see him which is a little longer than normal, but not much as usual wait time is 2-3 weeks. If all you ever need is lab work or a regular checkup or anything else that can wait 2 weeks or more feel free to go as he does seem to know his stuff but usually pushes it off onto other doctors because he's not a 'specialist' in anything that I'm aware of and that means even MORE wait time.
