Love Dr. Pilat and everyone that works there. Very friendly and happy place. Good location.
We had a very sick cat and they did not seem to care about helping us getting the cat well. The office personnel cared more about being closed for the thanksgiving holidays which we have no problem with monitoring the cat ourselves but trying to get meds and help the cat that was severely sick. We will not ever use your facility again to say the least. They offered no hope
VERY RUDE STAFF!!! I wouldn't bring a roach back to this clinic! HORRIBLE experience!
Dr. Pilat is wonderful and they have a great staff! He's cared for and treated all my animals since he's been there.
Although my cat is living with a relative in another part of the state at this point, Dr. Pilat and his staff have always proved efficient and informative...and kind (especially important besides their obvious competence). My ex took all four of his cats to Dr. Pilat and eventually one needed to be euthanized, as she was in pain, stopped eating and lost control of her bodily functions. Dr. Pilat and his staff were compassionate and we both felt confident she didn't feel any pain in the process. I have recommended him to several people and many I know already go to him. I feel his rates are reasonable also. There is plenty of parking and the facility is clean. If I ever have another pet, I'll be a customer again!
