Excellent customer service. If they don't have it, they will try and get it for a competitive price. Especially respectful and appreciative of local law enforcement and military. Great place for hunting and fishing needs!
I'm the type of individual that likes to put my money in locally owned businesses to help better stimulate local economy.with that being said i went to this place in hopes of purchasing a new shotgun when i went in no one said welcome or hey or anything of that nature not a big deal to be honest but what was a big deal was i stood by the guns waiting for some type of assistance 20 minutes go by and nothing. They just stood there talking to their buddy. I've gone back a couple times and the same thing keeps happening so I took my business to another locally owned business and it was tje complete opposite so for now Security sporting goods has my business. I will eventually come back to this establishment to see if things change. I would also like to add i don't know if the owner has them on commission or hourly, but if they are hourly i would say the owner is getting cheated
Sucked to be ignored because of being female, or consided not rich enough. not sure of the real reason, but the outright rudeness and dismissal made why they didn't make it very obvious...one kid was not able to answer questions but he at lest tried. He had heart. I would never darken they door for any reason. It's wasn't one person, all made me feel invisible and the had 6 employees and 5 customers...you feel me....
