Great place to bring the family. During summer they have a splash pad for the children. There is picnic tables, playground equipment, and disc golf. This site holds a lot of American history.

Great stop on a long road trip. Splash pad opens at 11 am. Kids played in water and on nice, shaded playground. Tables for picnic lunch. Much better than rest areas off interstates and all free.
If you play Pokemon Go, Wizards Unite or Ingress, this is the place for you. Two Pokestops plus a Gym/Pokestop. The park ranger does a great job keeping things neat. Nice holiday decorations in the winter and a splash pad in the summer. You can vote early here in the community center building, too.
My grandson enjoyed playing here. He did not want to leave.
