I wouldn't even bother with them, so I went from picking up carry out almost every night after work, to only going when my girlfriend demands it, and then I get to deal with a cranky girlfriend when we get home and order is still wrong.
Do better. Restore yourself to a decent fast food restaurant. Your current state is sad.
When I got to Taco Bell I went through the drive thru. I was the third car from the speaker where you order your food it took a me 20 minutes to get my order. That was not good. I was not happy. I don't plan on going back.
It would be 1 star if the food didn't taste good. The service is spectacularly horrendous from management to the order taker. If you have a TB craving you can't shake, then go ahead in here but just give yourself plenty of time and be in a happy good mood because you will feel like you are bothering them.
Update: Fall 2017 Management has been doing a much better job lately. The drive thru times babe been better for when I go at least, and they've been offering better customer service in the lobby at well.
Got my food quickly and my order was accurate. Cashier was nice and offered sauce. Definitely a more pleasant experience than I'm used to at this location
This location is pretty good when you catch them at the right time, and go inside. They've been suffering from crazy long drive thru times at night, for at least a few years. Even with just four or five cars in line, my girlfriend and I go together at night so that we can keep each other entertained while sitting in line for long periods.
The bad part about the long waits in line, is that there's usually at least one error in the order, so checking the order once received is mandatory, then you have to tell them what's missing or what they did wrong, and let them prepare it while you wait, which only prolongs the drive thru wait time for everyone.
I've visited this location numerous times in the last 20 years on trips to Pineville. I've always thought of this location as one of the nicer Taco Bells that I've visited in this state. However, on this trip, I was severely disappointed. There is a bizarre smell that seems to be coming from a catch area under the drink station. There is liquid there that appears to have been festering and congealing for weeks. It definitely needs to be cleaned.
Service was spotty and far from being even remotely friendly, and the food was excessively salty. How do you mess that up?
