Called to order a $200.00 funeral spray two days before funeral. The lady who answered the phone was VERY RUDE! She said she could not help me because it was 10 minutes after 5pm. Then don't answer the phone if your not taking orders! Not sure how they do business in Pineville!
We always use Diane's, they do a wonderful job. The ladies there are very talented as well as being very nice and helpful, we're always more than pleased with the flowers we get from them.
I live out of state (Arizona) and the ladies at Showers of Flowers are always very accommodating in arranging flowers for family cemetery. They have even offered to put flowers on graves when I'm not there. Always awesome.
She guided me to her store and right before closing time hooked me up with excellent flowers! Very good service and a very clean store. :)
