The hours listed on this page are completely incorrect. someone should definitely update them as I made a trip all the way over there to see an employee rushing to lock the door at right after 7 PM on a Tuesday. I have also had employees (three different employees, three different visits, weeks apart) that just did not seem to interested in actually helping. They seemed more like my being there was an inconvenience to them, and that I was less intelligent because I wasn't as familiar with smart phones as they were. I believe that I will be going out of my way to visit the other store on 28E rather than deal with that store.

Awful, sat there for an hr and a half while they "set up my account" . Then they tell me I'll have to go to another AT&T store because they didn't have the phone I wanted after all. So they said they would send all the info over that way I wouldn't have to restart the process. Long story short, they didn't and had to start all over again.
