The Walmart in LaPlace never has cashiers so you have to wait a very long time to check out. They began selling guns again which is a good thing, but there is never anyone there to sell the guns or buy hunting and fishing licenses
The employees are very helpful whenever I am looking for an item. They are friendly and know where items are located. Prices are good.
They would have MUCH BETTER customer service if they would schedule enough people to open more than 3 registers at a time and still have at least SOME employees on the floor to help customers!!! It's Walmart so they know that ppl are going to come, they're going to get business regardless and they have become VERY lazy and okay with the fact that many customers leave unsatisfied, if not down right pissed. For a billion dollar company like Walmart be okay with poor service and reviews that drop by the day is just downright sad!!
I really like the added self check registers with the belts. I usually get in and out no matter how many groceries I have. Probably helps that I was a cashier here for a year as a teen so I scan and bag fast.
Love the grocery app, drive up and they are waiting to load your groceries. The ladies are always polite and friendly. Highly recommended
