Staff was incredibly rude! Dismissive, and horrible patient service. Had me pull my upper plate out, never offered a napkin, or water after the fact to rinse my mouth! The fact I waited an hour to be told they couldn't do my repair was a little frustrating. Decided to give the rest of the staff the benifit of the doubt on crappy service, and schedule my consult for implants. Couldn't even get the receptionist to acknowledge me, as I am standing right in front of her! No thanks! I'll drive to my dentist in Texas..
There is no way I would ever let this place make me another pair of of teeth. The first set after the temp set cracked on a peace of bread. I thought at that point I would just pay for a new set and get the best ones they had but that has now backfired three times now. The two times they have cracked I did go back and have them fix them and now it's the third time and this time they did more then just crack. I cut my mouth when they shader and swallowed some. So in recap best set 2 cracks and a complete shader. I will be demanding my money back or a lawsuit. So I went back today and they was very nice and just made me a new set. They feel completely different and figured out the bite was way off. So we will have to see. With them willing to make me new ones with out a fight then yes I would say if this is what u can afford then do it. Learn all u can about how they should fit and this may not be ur outcome. Just sucks it took this long.
Very professional and nice. They make u feel comfortable and I would definitely use them again! Very satisfied!
