Horrible! I bank with chase over in Georgia and my parents recently moved to Louisiana so we've been helping each other out with money until we all get settled. My mom went up there this morning to put some cash into my account so that I can pay my rent and the last told her she couldn't because she wasn't linked to my account. Neither of my parents are... They bank with regions. So how did they able to do it the last time? "Idk someone must've broke policy because this has been in place for 2 years." okay and why exactly do my PARENTS have to be linked to my account to put cash in? "This helps to prevent money laundering" I called them and the last knew exactly what I was talking about and was rude from the start. Like, ma'am I didn't catch an attitude with you. You need to calm down. I wish I would've gotten her name. I'm just trying to pay rent. I was able to go to regions and deposit cash into their account the other day when they needed it with no problem. I guess I'll just switch. Very disappointed.
The lobby hours may be listed as 6PM, but the slacker handling account "services" will look at her watch, and inform you that she doesn't have time to help you 45 minutes before close. This is after other staff has you wait for her.
Branch needs change work ethic, or at least the listed lobby hours.
